I was attracted to Polly because of her tropical parrotlike countenance!
My head was filled with visions of palm trees, warm turquoise ocean water and endless beaches of white sand.
Polly's eyes are mischevious but also wise.
I am enchanted by the exquisite detail of the feathers and the bird's prominent beak.
Ookpik's Arctic Parrot is a prime example of the Gjoa Haven style.... childlike, quirky and playful.
