Inuit art: Diving Bear

Diving Bears are able to balance on their front paws with their head in a downward position.
In Tipsy's case his nose is actually touching the ground.
Tipsy's legs are pulled up into his body like a gymnast beginning a somersault.
The dark green stone is sleek and cool.
This small Diving bear is very sophisticated.
A wonderful entry level carving for a beginner collector.
