Masterpiece Sculpture! Museum quality Piece!

Inuit art collectors are very familiar with Manasie Akpaliapik.
His owls are his Master works.
Why is this owl not carved with white stone?
Most Inuit carvers use the stone that is available in their region of the Arctic.
But, there are opportunities to use other stone which of course, has different texture and colour. You might be lucky enough to acquire a sculpture from a famous artist who has carved his Master work but has used an unusual stone.
This is the case with this stunning pale yellow Manasie owl. The colour is warm and complex. It is NOT a garish yellow or a lemon yellow. You can see the freckling of a darker caramel colour which gives the bird an even more natural look.
This enchanting owl sits pensively, wings held close to her body, conserving her warmth.
Her eyes are astounding. The black rimmed orange eyes are focused on something in the distance. She grips the rock with her sharp black talons. With one swipe of her foot, she could kill a small prey.
So beautiful yet so dangerous.
The sculptures of all the Master Carvers are investment pieces. In all likelihood, you will double your financial efforts in less than ten years upon purchasing this piece. This would be a loving addition to your estate for your children or friends.
Manasie's owls are soulful, stunning and the work of an extremely famous Canadian Inuit sculptor.
