A polar bear searches for the trembling seal who is barely concealed by the cliff's overhang.
Friends playing hide 'n seek?
Or "foes" controlled by instinct and ready to kill?
Look at the seal's face.
Do you see the resignation in his eyes, and the sad down turned mouth.
He knows that without a miracle, his time on earth has come to an end.
Only a few minutes before, he was frolicking in the ocean.
The polar bear is beautiful.
The alabaster stone reflects the light that dances along the curves of this muscular bear.
He is regal and handsome.
He is also hungry.
